This delicious recipe for fish in the oven is easy and quick to prepare, but it looks like a restaurant dish. With the right presentation and appropriately selected products, you can make every evening romantic, and spend only half an hour on preparation.

  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Bay leaf 4 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece

  • First, decide on the type of fish you are going to bake. It doesn’t matter which one you choose; you should be guided by your own taste. Cut the fillets into pieces.
  • Cover the baking tray with foil. Cut onions into rings. Put them on the tray. Put the bay leaf on top.
  • Cut half a lemon in circles and place on top.
  • Sprinkle the fish fillets with the salt and pepper mixture. Place them on top of the lemons. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lemon and pour it over the fish. Do not skip this step; the fish will not be the same without the juice.
  • Tie the edges of the foil together. Cook the fish in the oven for about 20 minutes. During this time you can prepare any side dish or sauce.
