- Pork loin 300 g
- Tomato 1 piece
- Cheese 100 g

Method
- Cut the pork loin into small pieces, about 1 cm thick.
- Place the meat pieces on an oiled baking tray sprinkled with spices and salt. Sprinkle salt and spices on top of the meat.
- Slice the tomato, and place the slices on the pork medallions. You can cover the tomatoes with mayonnaise.
