Are you ready to try the most delicious red fish dish? All we need for this dish are ingredients that are available in every home.

  • Red fish steak (I have salmon, but any fish will do) 2 pieces
  • Potatoes 2-4 pieces
  • Tomato 3 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Grated cheese 100 g
  • Herbs
  • Spices to your taste

  • Peel potatoes, cut into circles, peel onions, and cut into semicircles.
  • Mix potatoes and onions, salt, and pepper, sprinkle with spices to taste, lay out on the bottom of the mold, and pre-grease with a drop of vegetable oil.
  • Place the chopped tomato over the top and the steaks on top of that. The fish should be salted a little on both sides.
  • We cover the mold with foil and put it in an oven heated to 180-190 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
  • Recommended time is approximate, you should be guided by the readiness of the potatoes.
  • After the time has passed, remove the foil from the mold, sprinkle with herbs (mine are green onions) and cheese, and return to the oven for 3-4 minutes.
