- Red fish steak (I have salmon, but any fish will do) 2 pieces
- Potatoes 2-4 pieces
- Tomato 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Grated cheese 100 g
- Herbs
- Spices to your taste
Method
- Peel potatoes, cut into circles, peel onions, and cut into semicircles.
- Mix potatoes and onions, salt, and pepper, sprinkle with spices to taste, lay out on the bottom of the mold, and pre-grease with a drop of vegetable oil.
- Place the chopped tomato over the top and the steaks on top of that. The fish should be salted a little on both sides.
- We cover the mold with foil and put it in an oven heated to 180-190 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
- Recommended time is approximate, you should be guided by the readiness of the potatoes.
- After the time has passed, remove the foil from the mold, sprinkle with herbs (mine are green onions) and cheese, and return to the oven for 3-4 minutes.
