A recipe for beet salad that can be served on its own or as a side dish.
Ingredients

- Beet 5 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Herbs for decoration
Method
- Boil the beets in their skins until soft. Cool and remove the peel. Grate on a coarse grater or cut into thin strips.
- Run the garlic cloves through a garlic press.
- Mix beets and garlic, and add salt and pepper. Dress with mayonnaise and garnish with herbs.
