- Chicken breast 200 g
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Egg 1 piece
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Flour 2 tablespoons
- Oil for frying

Method
- Cut chicken breast into small pieces.
- Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix.
- Add one egg.
- Add half a teaspoon salt.
- Sprinkle ground black pepper.
- Sprinkle a little thyme.
- Add 2 tablespoons flour and stir with a spoon. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan with oil, then fry the cutlets.
- Fry over medium heat for several minutes on one side and a few minutes on the other, until browned.
- The cutlets are ready. Serve with any toppings: mashed potatoes, rice, macaroni, baked potatoes.
