Winter salad of liver, bacon, herbs, and cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients

- Chicken liver 250 g
- Bacon 4 pieces
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Cherry tomatoes 10 pieces
- Green salad leaves
Method
- Wash the chicken livers, pat them dry, and remove the skins.
- Heat a skillet with oil, fry the liver until tender, and add salt and pepper.
- Fry the bacon in a dry pan.
- Wash and dry the vegetables and herbs. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and tear the salad with your hands.
- Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl, and dress with olive oil.
