- Onion 1 piece
- Fresh champignons 250 g
- Sour cream 10% 100 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Fresh herbs 1 bunch
- Flour for sauce 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper, paprika, other seasonings as desired, salt to taste
Method
- Prepare and rinse the necessary ingredients.
- It is not recommended to wash the mushrooms, it is enough to peel the film and remove dirt from the legs. Cut into medium-sized pieces.
- Chop the onions into small cubes. Rinse and chop the fresh herbs. Chop the garlic as finely as possible.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and onions. Cook for 5 minutes over a high heat.
- Pour in the flour and mix.
- Cook for another minute, add 100 g of sour cream and a clove of garlic.
- Stir again and remove from the stove.
