  • Fresh champignons 250 g
  • Sour cream 10% 100 g
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Fresh herbs 1 bunch
  • Flour for sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper, paprika, other seasonings as desired, salt to taste

  • Prepare and rinse the necessary ingredients.
  • It is not recommended to wash the mushrooms, it is enough to peel the film and remove dirt from the legs. Cut into medium-sized pieces.
  • Chop the onions into small cubes. Rinse and chop the fresh herbs. Chop the garlic as finely as possible.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and onions. Cook for 5 minutes over a high heat.
  • Pour in the flour and mix.
  • Cook for another minute, add 100 g of sour cream and a clove of garlic.
  • Stir again and remove from the stove.

Mushrooms in sour cream sauce are ready!
