Seafood has become an integral part of our daily diet. Today, Asian cuisine is a modern trend. No one can be surprised by clams, mussels, octopuses, and other curiosities.

That’s why I decided to reveal my signature recipe for fried shrimp in their juices. Yes, you heard right – fried, not boiled. Believe me, once you’ve had your first sample, you won’t stew seafood in boiling water again.

Ingredients

  • Frozen shrimps 300 g
  • Butter for frying
  • Garlic 2 teeth.
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Salt
  • Spices to taste

  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, then lay out the shrimp and fry them on both sides, about 3 minutes on each side.
  • Then add crushed garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, spices to taste and stir-fry for another 10 minutes.
  • The shrimp are ready. Can you smell that incredible flavor yet? It’s a sensation beyond words! True “food of the gods”! The dish will impress even the most demanding gourmets.
