A simple and delicious recipe for baked cheesy pastry rolls makes with the simplest ingredients. The dough is water-based and the filling can be salty cheese or sweet cottage cheese, depending on your taste.

  • Oil 50 ml
  • Water 300 ml
  • Dried yeast 7 g
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Flour 650 g
  • For the filling:
  • Cottage cheese or feta cheese 200-250 g
