- Smoked salmon 100 g
- Cucumber 1 piece
- Whole wheat bread 2 slices
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Cream cheese 70 g
- Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons
- Fresh herbs
- Salt, ground black pepper
- Dried dill
Method
- Cut the smoked salmon fillets into thin slices. Rinse and slice the cucumber into thin slices.
- Mix cream cheese, juice of half a lemon, Dijon mustard, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brown the slices of whole wheat bread in a toaster or on a griddle.
- Place thin slices of cucumber (or lettuce leaves), cream mixture, and slices of smoked salmon on bread. Drizzle with dried dill, and garnish with fresh herbs.
