  • Smoked salmon 100 g
  • Cucumber 1 piece
  • Whole wheat bread 2 slices
  • Lemon ½ pieces
  • Cream cheese 70 g
  • Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons
  • Fresh herbs
  • Salt, ground black pepper
  • Dried dill

  • Cut the smoked salmon fillets into thin slices. Rinse and slice the cucumber into thin slices.
  • Mix cream cheese, juice of half a lemon, Dijon mustard, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Brown the slices of whole wheat bread in a toaster or on a griddle.
  • Place thin slices of cucumber (or lettuce leaves), cream mixture, and slices of smoked salmon on bread. Drizzle with dried dill, and garnish with fresh herbs.
