To show their care, the modern housewife is quite enough to allocate time, and independently prepare dinner for their family. It is not necessary to take on too complicated recipes. After all, even the simplest, but cooked with love dish, will certainly please loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti 300 g
  • Ground pork 200 g
  • White long-grain rice (soak in water for 2-3 hours, then drain) 3 tablespoons
  • Grated carrots  pieces
  • Egg 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Tomato paste 3 tablespoons
  • White salt, pepper, fresh and dried herbs (parsley, dill)
  • Water
  • Sunflower oil

  • Fry grated carrots and chopped onions;

    Combine in a glass (or any other) deep container egg (slightly beat it with a fork), and minced meat. Also add rice, fried vegetables, salt and pepper. Stir;

    If necessary, add a little flour to make the mixture pliable and hold its shape, mix again;

    Heat a deep frying pan or saucepan, and pour in the oil. At the same time start forming small balls of the prepared minced meat, and put them in the pan. To prevent the mince from sticking to your hands, you can smear them with sunflower oil;

    Pour water over lightly fried meatballs so that they are more than half hidden. Salt, add finely chopped garlic, herbs, and tomato paste. Stew for 15-20 minutes. Be sure to cover it with a lid;

    In the meantime, boil the spaghetti, and rinse it. And lightly fry them.

    Garnish the dish as desired, and serve hot. You can offer additional sauces, dark bread, and a lot of fresh herbs. Grated hard cheese – will perfectly complement the flavor and spice up the dish.
